History was made today, as President Obama signed into law the most sweeping legislative reform in generations, fulfilling a promise that Democrats have been making for decades: comprehensive health-care reform.

In the most famous slip since Abraham Lincoln said "Four score and 20 f**king years ago," Vice President Joe Biden turned to the president and said, just barely on-mic, "This is a big f**king deal!"

Maybe he's been watching too much of "The Wire," but we think this "F-bomb heard 'round the world" seals Biden's place as history's cool substitute teacher. And, as Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said, "Yes Mr. Vice President, you're right ..."
